Does it give my child the answers?
It's designed to check finished work, not replace it. Parents see the score and explanations. In Kid Mode, your child gets a hint and a chance to try again before any answer is revealed.
What grades and subjects are supported?
Kindergarten through 5th grade. Math is the most thoroughly checked subject, and reading, vocabulary, grammar, and science worksheets are supported too. The app detects the grade and subject from the worksheet itself, so it works for siblings in different grades with no setup.
How long does a check take?
Usually 30–45 seconds, depending on how many questions are on the page. A clear, flat, well-lit photo gives the fastest and most accurate results.
How accurate is it?

What happens to the homework photos?
Photos are sent securely to Google's Gemini AI to analyze the homework and return results to your phone. We don't ask for names or accounts, don't show ads, and don't sell or share photos for advertising. See the privacy policy for details.
Which devices does it work on?
iPhone and iPad running iOS / iPadOS 15 or later, and Android phones and tablets through Google Play. It also runs on Apple-silicon Macs.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iPhone/iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → K5 Homework Aid → Cancel Subscription.
Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → K5 Homework Aid → Cancel.
You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
